Harvest Dinner

Set at Ellis Nature Centre, the Annual Harvest Dinner takes place each year in August. This event provide visitors and residents an opportunity to get connected to local agriculture and sample the amazing products that Lacombe County and the surrounding area have to offer. Tickets on sale now!

The Long Table Dinner features locally sourced and produced food prepared by our local renowned chefs with amazing locally sourced beverages. The dinner experience includes live music and entertainment and presentations from the chef on the elements of the meal and the local farms the food is sourced from, all while situated in the breathtaking Ellis Nature Centre for a truely unique dining experience.

Hammer-In Festival

Immerse yourself in a bygone era of skill and artistry at the historic Lacombe Blacksmith Shop Museum.
Get ready to witness the grandeur of the province’s largest blacksmith gathering. In what is the largest Blacksmith Gathering in Western Canada, Master blacksmiths from all over converge in Lacombe annually to showcase their talents and craft mesmerizing pieces. You’ll have the chance to explore the process, engage with artisans, and so much more. Whether you’re an enthusiast of history, art, or simply looking for a unique day out, the Lacombe Hammer-In Festival has something for everyone. Antique Show & Sale

In 2025, we organized this event and were so excited by amount of community involvement. This is a one day only event focused on history, heritage, and hidden treasures. We bring together a fantastic lineup of antique vendors from Across Alberta, each showcasing a wide variety of unique fuinds, vintage pieces, and timeless collectibles.

This is more then just browsing for antiques. It’s a chance to connect with Alberta’s rich history. Local Musuems and heritage organizations joing us to share information, hilight preservation efforts, and help you discover more about the stories that shaped our community. Whether you’re a passionate collector, a curious browser, or simply love a good treasure hunt, this event is for you. Admission is by donation and everyone is welcome. Come explore, discover, and take home a piece of the past.

Since 2023, the Lacombe Musuem has hosted the Stones & Bones event during Lacombe Days. We bring together Archaeologists, Anthropologists, and Paleontologists from all over Alberta to answer your questions about our past.
