Beet Cappuccio: Thinly sliced Beets, Lemon Ricotta, Cured Egg Yolk, Watercress, Orange Segments.
Chilled Tomato Consommé: Beef Steak Tomatoes, Blistered Tomatoes, Spinach, Tomato Consommé, Fresh Radish, Basil Pesto

Designated Driver Services
This year the event will be featuring bus services leaving from the Lacombe Memorial Centre at 4:30 pm to Ellis Nature Centre and a ride back to the LMC after the event for anyone from the City of Lacombe who are interested in enjoying any alcoholic beverages.

- Designated Driver Sponsorship – $475, pays for the Prairie Line bus to the event from the Lacombe Memorial Centre, includes 2 tickets to the event.
- Food Sponsorship – $500, pays for any food costs that are not donated. Includes 2 tickets to the event.
- Music Sponsorship – $500, covers the costs for musicians for the event. Includes 2 tickets to the event.
