Join local beading artist, Teresa Cardinal, as she teaches the basics of beading. Students in this workshop will create a pin with a floral beadwork design on it. All materials required to complete the project will be provided.

Please note that this class happens over *two* Saturdays.

Instructor bio:
Teresa Cardinal is a Nehiyaw/Cree woman from Saddle Lake Cree Nation. She has been living in Red Deer for almost 10 years. Teresa is also a proud mother of three boys. She started crafting at a young age and has facilitated many crafting programs. Teresa is an active member of the community working in many capacities with Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people. Through sharing her culture throughout central Alberta. She believes that art and crafting are healing. Given the opportunity, she loves to share her skills.
