Servus Credit Union Harvest Dinner

Servus Credit Union and the Lacombe Museum invite you this August to a Harvest Dinner with Guest Chefs from Milly Oak Café and Catering, Tollers Bistro, Leto’s Steakhouse & Bar, and Forno, featuring Blindman Brewing and Flying Cross Ranch! A locally sourced, farm-to-fork experience, join us for a summer night of delectable cuisine and good company as we raise a glass or two to celebrate all things Lacombe.

The event is presented by the Lacombe Museum with the support of Servus Credit Union as a fundraiser for our Love Lacombe Heritage Campaign and will also feature:

• Agricultural Bus Tour sponsored by Lacombe County. Tickets must be purchased separately Here.
• Artisan Market
• Live & Silent Auction
• The Hammer-In Blacksmithing Festival

The dinner will be hosted in the Lest We Forget Memorial Park. In the case of inclement weather, a back-up location has been arranged for inside the Lacombe Memorial Centre.

Purchase your tickets at the Flatiron Building Museum, online, or see us every Thursday this summer from 3 PM – 6 PM at the Lacombe Farmers Market.

Harvest Dinner Menu

The menu of the dinner will be a surprise for our guests. Each chef has chosen to create one course each and will be pairing this course with a sampling of Blindman Brewing’s beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage.

All ingredients for the Servus Credit Union Harvest Dinner are sourced from Lacombe County farms and producers OR within a 100KM radius of the City of Lacombe.

UNFORTUNATELY, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS CAN NOT BE ACCOMMODATED AT THIS TIME.

Please note, we are not a completely nut-free kitchen.
